Post Malone is selling his McLaren Senna XP

The limited-edition car pays tribute to Ayrton Senna’s F1 victories in Monaco, and was sold for close to $ 1.5 million.

Rapper  Austin Post , better known as  Post Malone , is selling his  2019 McLaren Senna , one of three XP editions that commemorate three of  Ayrton Senna’s outstanding Formula 1  achievements  . The edition that Post has is the “Master of Monaco” edition  .

The car, which has only been driven 147 miles, is one of McLaren’s  factory experimental prototypes  that  McLaren Beverly Hills  commissioned from McLaren special operations to commemorate Senna’s record of six victories in Monaco, of which there were five in a row. (1989-1993). It has a fully exposed carbon fiber body with red and white trim to represent the  Principality of Monaco  with the hand-painted flag on the rear spoiler.

The engine is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 producing 789 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, and during Car and Driver tests it  launched the Senna to 60 miles per hour in 2.7 seconds on its way to 10.0 seconds. .

The McLaren Senna XP sold for nearly $ 1.5 million when new, and the seller did not disclose to  Car and Driver  what Post Malone priced the car, but it is expected to sell for much more expensive than its original price.
