Nenobia Washington Died: What Was Her Cause Of Death?

Nenobia Washington, an influencer known as The Brooklyn Queen, has passed away at age 38 from causes still unknown, according to People.

NYPD spokeswoman Annette Shelton said in a statement that Saturday night officers from her department responded to a call around 7:40 p.m. to report to a building in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood, Manhattan. When they arrived, a woman was unconscious in front of the building. Immediately the Emergency Medical Services arrived and transferred her to St. Luke’s Hospital, where her death was certified.

The woman was later identified as Nenobia Washington, and the statement says the coroner will determine the cause of death.

Washington became very popular on social media for her funny posts. The influencer first went viral in 2015, after HotNewHitHop posted a controversial video from Washington about JAY-Z , Hillary Clinton, and ISIS Islamist terrorists.

“Nenobia provoked laughter and tears,” wrote David Jackson, her son’s father, on social media. “She was loved by many, so we will do our best for her.”

Jackson also launched a GoFundMe campaign to pay for the influencer’s funeral in Brooklyn and to help her son.

Many followers of Washington have lamented this sad loss and have left messages of condolence on the networks.

“Rest in peace Nenobia AKA BKTIDALWAVE AKA Queen of Brooklyn, we will all miss her. Her bright and funny spirit will live on forever,” said a follower on Twitter.

“I love this woman so much. I remember constantly sharing her memes on my main account and from there I took it upon myself to make a reaction page for her memes. This account will continue to be active to appreciate the moments of this Queen, but I hope her family stays strong, “said another fan.
