ossara Jinaro passed away at the age of 48 after a long battle with cancer. Her husband announced the sad news on his Facebook page.

On April 30, People reported that actress Jossara Jinaro had passed away. According to the family, Jossara Jinaro took her last breath on April 27, in the arms of her loved ones.

“It is with great sadness that I have to announce the passing of my wife. Jossara has fought hard with cancer. She was a wonderful wife, mother, friend, and artist with a kind heart. Even in the last moments of her life, Jossara still fought,” said Matt Bogado, the actress’ husband.

In a post on his Facebook page, Matt Bogado believes that Jossara Jinaro will guide him and his two children. “She is resting in peace.  Liam and Emrys miss her very much,” Bogado expressed.

Jossara Jinaro was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and raised in Colombia. Then, she came to America and started developing her career at the age of 16. She participated in many famous TV shows such as Judging Amy, ER, and Passions. In addition, the late actor also participated in other projects including Havoc (2005), and World Trade Center (2006).

According to IMDB, Jossara Jinaro’s performance in Desert Road Kill earned her the award for Best Supporting Actress at the 2012 Los Angeles Reel Film Festival.
