American influencer Francesco LoPresti died of cancer at the age of 24. With more than 735,000 followers on TikTok, he was famous for his pranks and romantic posts in the company of his girlfriend, also an influencer, and TikTok Kaitlin Reagan – with more than three million followers on the same social network.
LoPresti’s death came to light through an Instagram post from Kaitlin’s aunt, reported by the Daily Mail. She shared a photo of her niece with her boyfriend and wrote: “It is with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that my niece’s boyfriend has died of cancer. He fought a brave battle with so much love and affection from so many people.”
She ended the post by saying, “A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Please join us in our mourning for Francesco’s passing. Thank you so much to everyone who prayed for him. It meant everything to our families.” Kaitlin Reagan and LoPresti’s parents have yet to publicly comment on the boy’s death.
Although he never hid his treatment for testicular cancer he had been going through, LoPresti avoided sharing personal photos in the midst of his chemotherapy sessions. His last posts on social media are dated early February. In a photo on Instagram, in the company of Kaitlin, he wrote in the caption: “F*** YOUR CANCER”.
It was up to Kaitlin Reagan to keep her and her boyfriend’s fans and followers informed about his health over the past few weeks. In her most recent post on TikTok, she asked her followers to pray for her boyfriend. In another, on Instagram, she appeared with her eyes closed as Francesco caressed her face.
Francesco LoPresti and Kaitlin Reagan started dating at the age of 15. The two became famous on the networks because of their romantic posts and the various pranks he played on his girlfriend. He even faked the breakup more than once and gave scares by forging accidents and other personal dramas.
Francesco LoPresti is not married.
Currently, there is no information on his funeral, I think it’s too early to speak about anything.
