Books on Trump marriage multiply: a former Melania adviser publishes her memoirs

Entitled “Melania y yo”, it reviews 15 years of friendship between the author and the first lady. This book coincides with two other controversial volumes on the President of the United States, written by a magnate’s niece and by John Bolton, former National Security Advisor

A former assistant to Melania Trump has written a memoir, “Melania and Me” (Gallery Books) that addresses the friendship relationship, for 15 years, with the wife of the President of the United States. The book, which is believed to have a major impact and is slated for publication on September 1 (two months before the election) as reported by Vanity Fair magazine, is written by Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who was appointed Melania’s adviser to the shortly after Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election. Specifically, he helped Melania move from New York to Washington.

Winston Wolkoff was fired in February 2018 after learning of payments her company had received to organize Trump’s inauguration ceremony. A dismissal that Winston Wolkof has always called unfair.

As several North American media reveal today, the book will tell what the relationship between Melania Trump and Stephanie Winston Wolkoff was like in the east wing of the White House (the one reserved for the first lady, while the west wing is where the president works). According to the publisher’s description, “Wolkoff recounts the journey from her friendship that began in New York to her role as the First Lady’s trusted adviser, through her abrupt and very public departure, as well as her later life in Washington as an advocate for the causes of children and women. ”

Before working at the White House, Winston Wolkoff collaborated with Vogue magazine and the Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

The publication of this book coincides with two others about President Donald Trump. The first of which there was evidence is titled “The Room Where It Happened” and is written by John Bolton, the president’s former National Security Advisor. Described as “the book that Trump does not want anyone to read,” it is available in bookstores despite attempts by the White House to prevent its publication by containing “classified information .” In it, Bolton portrays a White House in turmoil and a president obsessed with reelection, a supporter of favoring authoritarian leaders like Turkish President Erdogan and ready to face his enemies like Iran or North Korea at any cost. It also contains a controversial chapter onpressures from the magnate to the Ukrainian president that led to an impeachment process from which Trump was acquitted.

The second book with controversial information about Trump is written by his niece Mary Trump and is titled “Too Much, but Never Enough: How My Family Created the Most Dangerous Man in the World .” In it, the author reveals family secrets and “sheds light on the family’s dark history to explain how her uncle became the man who now threatens health, economic security and the global social fabric,” publisher Simon & Schuster, the same label that incidentally publishes Bolton’s book.
