Unexpectedly, acclaimed Aztec Lacrosse Club player Ryder Lower sadly passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, leaving everybody in deep sadness and grief.
Ryder Lower #2, “The Magician,” a Chandler resident and student-athlete at Arizona College Prep High School, departed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family during this trying time.
The statement regarding the cause of his demise isn’t made public, but his friends and loved ones want to know why he died.

Ryder was a standout high school lacrosse player who distinguished himself on the field with his excellent athleticism, commitment, and tactical skill.
Ryder is an essential player on his lacrosse team and consistently shows off a skill set that makes him a force to be reckoned with on the field. His lean, athletic physique provides him a tactical advantage on both the offensive and defensive end.
He can move quickly across the field with his speed and stamina, which makes him a constant threat in transition situations. His physical prowess enables him to successfully defend the ball from opponents and supports him in his struggles for possession.
Ryder stands out because of his profound knowledge of the sport and high lacrosse IQ. He has excellent field vision, which enables him to anticipate plays and make split-second judgments that favor his team and change the course of the game.
He had tremendous heart and soul; he lightened up the room with his bright and contagious smile; he will be remembered by his teammates, family, and friends; indeed world lost a great lacrosse player.
