Mourning in the Carnival for the death this Friday of the comparsista of groups of Paco Alba

Pepe Martínez Prats, members of groups of Paco Alba and father of Antonio Martínez Ares, has died this Friday as reported by the troupe through their social networks.

The group of Ares and the world of Carnival is in mourning after a “very hard” day since Pepe, to whom his son dedicated several lyrics, was “his best component”. “Our best component has left us. Pepe Martínez has left us. An example of class and knowing how to be. All our support for Antonio and his relatives. Your comparsa will never forget you,” they have expressed in their account.

For the memory remains the emotional pasodoble that Antonio Martínez Ares dedicated in ‘Los Carnívales’ to his father, who every night since he returned from his voluntary retirement was the first at the door of the rehearsals and that instilled in him the love for the carnivals to the ‘Child’, of which he was always proud.
