Unfortunate loss for sports journalism, Medardo Barrionuevo dies
The sports commercial announcer, Medardo Barrionuevo died this Saturday, March 19 in the city of Guayaquil, after being diagnosed with a bacteria in his stomach that had afflicted him for more than a week.
Barrionuevo worked for more than a decade in the Caravana group, where he marked an era, distinguished himself thanks to his style and creativity when promoting brands and greeting listeners.
This afternoon it was learned of the death of the communicator Medardo Barrionuevo, the commercial voice of some programs in the country and Radio Diblu announcer. This was confirmed by the media on their social networks.
