Zoleka Mandela was admitted to the hospital on September 18 for her ongoing treatment of metastatic cancer that affects her vital organs, including liver, Lungs, brain, spinal cord, and pelvis. On September 17, Zoleka took to Instagram to share her CT scan, in which the report revealed fibrosis and blood clots in her lungs. He shared that the oncologist suggested blood thinner and oral chemo.
