Leanne Avery, St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador, Xtreme hockey coach who was instrumental in the beginning of Xtreme in its infancy, has unexpectedly died.
She supported the development and growth of the business at its start. Leanne Avery, also called by many as Coach Leanne Avery McKim of St. John’s.
Newfoundland and Labrador was declared dead on Sunday, September 25, 2023. She died this Sunday, but there is no cause of the death announced yet. Our deepest condolences are with her family and friends.
Coach Avery was an example to many people. Her expertise and guidance were like a guidance light in the world of entrepreneurship. Leanne was always there for everybody. She helped those who were in need, offered sage advice to them, and always encouraged those in the business field. She always puts others’ vision into reality.
Xtreme management also took on social media and released the statement that Xtreme programs will not go ahead tomorrow (Monday, September 25) to allow her loved ones to celebrate the woman she was.

Coach Avery was the most beautiful woman inside out. Whatever she did always radiates her inner beauty. She played a pivotal role in the early days of Xtreme. Her passion, commitment, and her dedication laid the foundation for a thriving enterprise.
Not only does she have a command of professional work. Coach Avery was a remarkable mother also. Her love for her children, Emily and Matt McKim, was boundless. She poured the same spirit into raising her children like the spirit she put into her work; she taught them the same values of determination, perseverance, and compassion that she had in her own life.
Her kids were her pride. She balanced her career life and her personal life by being an attentive and supportive mother to them. She created a warm and encouraging environment for her children in which they could prosper.
In every aspect of her life, she left an ineradicable mark. Her legacy to make Xtreme on this level, her dedication behind Xtreme’s early success, her role as a mentor to entrepreneurs, her unwavering love and support to her family, and the balance she maintained with her family are remarkable and will continue to uplift her well-wishers. She was the epitome of grace and beauty with her work and compassionate behavior. She will forever be in the hearts of many.
