Everyone at the Raith Rovers Community Foundation is extremely saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Community Coach Tony Spencer earlier this week.
Tony’s contagious enthusiasm and love for football spread to others, and the many years he spent working with children had a significant and lasting impact on youth football in Kirkcaldy and Fife.
People are curious about the cause of his death even though the facts surrounding it are unknown.
