A 3-year-old boy died after falling from the 10th floor of his home located in the Miraflores area, the incident occurred due to the carelessness of his mother, who left the infant alone for more than two hours after receiving a call.
The departmental director of the Special Force to Fight Crime (FELCC) of La Paz, Colonel Douglas Uzquiano, reported that the minor was alone for almost two hours when the event occurred last Saturday, which is why his mother.
“The mother would have received a phone call and would have gone out to make contact with a second person and upon arriving at the property she realizes that her son is not there, so she goes down to see the doorman and he tells her that she would have heard a loud noise in the back of the building and doing the raking, they can see on a terrace that this minor was in it without life, “said Uzquiano.
He affirmed that the minor fell through the kitchen window, since the boy went up to the inn to look for his mother.
In the next few hours, the mother of the minor will be charged with the crime of infanticide, since it is considered that the act occurred due to the negligence of the accused.
