How Did YOSHI Die? Cause of Death – What Happened?

YOSHI, a Japanese actor, passed away at the age of 19.

Yoshizumi Sasaki aka YOSHI rose to fame in his early teens, the model later turned into an actor/artist who gained international attention from the fashion community through social media. He was widely recognized for his fashion style —  known for having the best fashion sense at such a young age often putting together bold looks. He used secondhand Japanese designer dresses at the beginning of his career.  His iconic fashion sense caught the eye of the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh and went on to work as a model for a variety of companies, including Helmut Lang.

It is said that the 19-year-old was found dead on November 5 in Tama Ward, Kawasaki City. YOSHI faced a motorcycle accident, apparently, his vehicle collided with a truck turning right at an intersection. The accident happened at midnight. YOSHI attended an audition for a boy band produced by YOSHIKI of X JAPAN.

Soon he was taken to a nearby hospital by the authorities, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at around 2:00 a.m.

The accident happened with a 60-year-old truck driver. It is said that later the 60-year-old truck driver was arrested and pleaded guilty to a traffic violation. He is charged with the Automobile Death and Injuries Punishment Act (negligible driving resulting in injury).

“I was impressed by the strong impact when I appeared on TV,” Fifi said, quoting YOSHI’s obituary. “I learned that YOSHI died,” she continued. I just passed the band vocalist for ‘YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT X’. YOSHIKI was awestruck by his power and was described as “having a rock soul.” This is heartbreaking.”

In May 2019, he debuted as a singer and marked his presence with his music on the Japanese music scene. In September of the same year, he appeared in the film “Stupid Taro”, marking his presence as an actor.
