Through social networks, it was announced that Julio Verdugo, 23, was shot to death last Sunday around 3:30 a.m. near his home, in the Los Huizaches neighborhood, in Culiacán, Sinaloa .

According to information circulating in different media, Julio was driving his gold-colored Dodge Chrysler truck, with Sinaloa license plates, on Las Torres Boulevard and Solidaridad Avenue, when he was attacked.
It was reported that when the authorities arrived at the scene, the singer no longer had vital signs.
It should be noted that the victim was known for singing in the group called ‘Julio Verdugo y los 3 de Culiacán’ .

Jaime Francisco Garza Alardín was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, on January 28, 1954, he was the son of the journalist Ramiro Garza and the poet Carmen Alardín. He studied acting at the UNAM Theater Center and began his television career in the 1970s. The telenovela ‘Mi rival’, by Valentín Pimstein, was the first in which he appeared.
