Marcus Lamb Died: What Was His Cause Of Death?

Evangelist and leader of the anti-vaccine movement Marcus Lamb, 64, died of complications from Covid-19, confirmed the religious television network Daystar .

The Daystar television network confirmed the death of its leader on its website.

“He leaves behind a legacy of fiercely loving the Lord, all the people of the world, and, above all, his family,” says the Daystar statement.

“The family asks at this time that their privacy be respected as they grieve this difficult loss, and wish to express their deep love and gratitude for all those who prayed during the battle for Marcus’ health.”

On November 23 his son Jonathan Lamb had announced that his father was fighting the coronavirus and said it was “a spiritual attack from the enemy.”

On his Twitter account, Franklin Graham, president of Samaritan’s Purse and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, lamented Lamb’s death and confirmed that it was due to complications from covid-19.

“I was shocked to learn that Marcus Lamb died early this morning (Tuesday) from complications from covid-19. Marcus was the founder of @Daystar, located on the outskirts of Dallas. We will miss him very much. I pray for his wife Joni and their children ” Graham wrote.

Marcus Lamb was married to Joni Lamb. The couple had three children: Rachel, Jonathan, and Rebecca.

Daystar is one of the two largest Christian TV networks, with 70 stations in the US. Lamb founded the network after taking a trip with his wife to Israel in the early 1980s. He said that God spoke to him while he was on the trip and told him to start a Christian TV station in Montgomery, Alabama.

A visionary, Lamb founded a station in Montgomery in 1985 but sold it several years later to move to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In late 1997, he launched the Daystar Television Network.

On social media, many fans and friends mourned Marcus’ death. Franklin Graham, CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, said he was shocked to learn of Lamb’s death.

– He preached about heaven, taught about heaven, and now he is experiencing heaven. I know Marcus would like each of you to examine your own life, and if there is sin in your life that is holding you back, confess it to God and ask for His forgiveness. […] None of us know when we will enter eternity – Graham said on Facebook.
