Mahlon Reyes, sailor’s reality show Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel , dies at 38

Reyes joined Deadly Fishing in 2012  , appearing in more than a dozen broadcasts. The program is responsible for revealing the dangers and extreme discomfort that a fishing boat may experience.

Madrid, August 2 (ElDiario.es) .- Mahlon Reyes , sailor of the reality show Pesca mortal , broadcast by the Discovery Channel , has died at the age of 38 in his country, the United States. According to the Variety news portal , the man suffered a heart attack on July 25 and died in hospital on the 27th.

Reyes worked on two of the fishing boats featured on the show, the Seabrooke and the Cape Caution. Since 2012, when he joined reality , he had appeared in more than a dozen broadcasts. Deadliest Catch ( Deadliest Catch ) is not a program of large audiences in any particular country but issues around the world.

Nick McGlashan, Reyes’ partner on board the program, has published on Twitter a heartfelt tribute with which to convey his grief at the death of his friend: “I love you, Mahlon. Miss you. Rest in peace”.

Reyes’ family was not aware that he suffered from any health problem that could have caused the heart attack. Additionally, according to TMZ , the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office has not yet determined the official cause of his death as he is waiting to receive the lab results.
