Lady Gaga is experiencing one of the most difficult moments in the personal sphere after it became known that two of her pets were stolen while she was in Rome to start filming a film project.
According to People magazine, the American singer’s dog keeper was shot while walking the puppies late at night on Wednesday, February 24, in California.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department offered statements to the US publication where he assured that the robbery occurred at approximately ten o’clock at night on Sierra Bonita Avenue in Hollywood. In the incident, two of the star’s three French bulldogs were robbed.
“The male victim was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition and the attacker, who was described as a man using a semiautomatic pistol, was seen in a vehicle that was heading to Hollywood Boulevard,” said People to release more information about the police report.
A representative for Lady Gaga confirmed to People that the victim was identified as the caretaker of the interpreter’s dogs and the two puppies were her French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav.

TMZ detailed that a third Lady Gaga’s pet was recovered after the assailant escaped. Currently, the puppy identified as “Miss Asia” is under the care of one of the bodyguards of the famous American.
So far, authorities have not found the assailant, reported TMZ . Likewise, the media reported that sources close to Gaga assured that she is very distressed by the theft of two of her pets.
According to Grazia magazine , Lady Gaga is in Rome to start filming for the movie “Gucci”, directed by Ridley Scott. In the film project, Gaga will play the character of the Italian socialite Patrizia Reggiani.
The film “Gucci” will focus on how Reggiani plotted the murder of her ex-husband Maurizio Gucci, grandson of Gucci founder Guccio Gucci, who will be played by actor Adam Driver.
The filming of the movie “Gucci” is scheduled to begin in March in Rome with a cast of great personalities from the acting industry such as Jared Leto, Jeremy Irons and Al Pacino.
