Kristina ‘Kika’ Dukic was found dead in her home in Belgrade on December 8 and now her environment has given some details of the problems she had and that led this young Serbian influencer and gamer to take her own life. The 21-year-old had more than a million followers on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, but within that spectacular were users who took her to the limit with the most despicable attacks that were undermining her self-esteem until finally opting for suicide.

With her message, she wants to appeal to all those people who, like her daughter, suffer from serious problems until the idea of suicide, and unfortunately on many occasions they do not share it with anyone and not even their environment realizes the seriousness of the situation until it is too late.
Kika Dukic had been causing enormous concern on social media for a few months because of the messages she posted and in which she claimed to receive countless insults and hurtful comments, even from other well-known faces in Serbia. According to her, they messed with her physical appearance, and above all, they accused her of having undergone numerous cosmetic surgery operations, a cyberbullying campaign that her parents have wanted to denounce in recent days.
In one of her latest videos, Dukic looked at the camera and regretted that everything she did not seem like enough to others as she only wished to be happy. However, a popular gamer from her country criticized her in one of the most important media in Serbia and many of her followers launched themselves against the young woman, even sending her messages telling her to take her own life.
The young woman began to gain popularity in 2015 thanks to her good work with the video game ‘Minecraft’, although she quickly began to emerge with the ‘Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’ until reaching the semi-professional level. In recent months she had recovered her Twitch channel and showed how she played ‘League of Legends’ with the goal of becoming a professional, but unfortunately, she will not be able to fulfill her dream. In addition, she had a great impact also on Instagram, where she showed images and videos of her daily life, her training routines, or her forms of leisure.
