“Amazing Johnathan,” a popular comic book magician died.
At the age of 63, the popular stand-up comedian magician John Edward Szeles and his artist named The Amazing Johnathan died. His death was caused by congestive heart failure. He has made several films and TV shows from his performances and was a regular performer in Las Vegas from 2001 to 2014.
The news of Jonathan’s death was confirmed to TMZ by one of his wife’s assistant.
“Johnathan passed away Tuesday night while he hugged his wife at home. They had been married to Anastasia Synn for eleven years. For the past three weeks, a hospice nurse has helped the wife to take care for her husband. He also confirmed the man’s death, ” the assistant said in a message.
He was diagnosed with heart failure in 2007 after suffering from his illness for many years. During a 2014 performance, he announced that he was only a year away, but 5 years later he was still active and touring.
“We’ve thought so many times about losing him that we never thought it would really happen,” the assistant revealed.
In his performances, he mixed humor and magic, which fans loved very much. He also loved to engage his audience in light shows. In his heyday, he reportedly made $ 3 million a year in Vegas.
“My heart is failing — my wife would’ve said it failed long ago — but it is actually failing for real,” he said, announcing his retirement. “I can’t do shows anymore because my legs lock up and my hands lock up, and that’s kind of shitty for a magician.” His words when we was alive.
His magic was in inept, that he that to mix comedy with his magic. His dad supported him emotionally. He wanted his son to not be a normal person, he want him to do something in entertainment.
