Hilary died yesterday at the unidentified hospital, following an apparent suicide attempt over the weekend, TMZ reported.

Hilary Tisch, daughter of the president and co-owner of the NY Giants soccer team, Steve Tisch, died of an apparent suicide at the age of 36.
“Hilary was a kind, loving and beautiful person,” her father said in a statement provided by the team to People. “Her mother, brothers, and I are devastated by her passing. Leave a hole in our hearts and our lives.
“She, like so many others, bravely fought the disease of depression for as long as she could,” he added. “We love her and will miss her very much. Our family is completely heartbroken and mourning her tragic loss. We ask for privacy during this difficult time. ”

She was a jewelry designer and gemologist, and one of the founding partners of Does, a Los Angeles-based brand. They lived between that city and Aspen (Colorado), with their dog Pearl.
In her biography, she said that in addition to antique jewelry, her passions included “discovering and collecting antique furniture, objects, and beautiful clothing both old and new. In general, I am attracted to unique and special pieces that seem modern despite their age ”.
She also volunteered with the nonprofit “Operation Smile” with her father and siblings, to provide free surgeries to people with cleft lip and palate.
