The artist, born in Kenya in 1957 – the date is not specified – to Irish parents, lived in Belfast and then moved to Australia at the age of seven with his family; later in 1973, he formed the band The Saints that today we could define as proto-punk, capable of influencing the sound of what would be born only a few years later. Bailey is the only member who from 1973 to today has always been part of the group that during the long activity in the 13 studio albums and the various, EPs, live albums, and compilations.
