Following a YouTube video, TikTok star Charli D’Amelio lost 1 million followers.
Being the most followed person on TikTok, the 16-year-old dancer is constantly under the scrutiny of the public eye.
And through a video on YouTube, on a channel that she opened with her family: ” The D’Amelio Family “, you can see the young woman at a dinner to which James Charles was invited and where the YouTuber and chef cooked for them. Aaron May.
In the video you can see Dixie D’Amelio, Charli’s sister, making faces at the food they were served.
The video generated a wave of violent reactions because the D’Amelio sisters did not know how to behave. Charli grimaced behind the chef’s back as she explained the menu, a plant-based paella with shrimp, chicken, and snails.
Dixie took one of the snails and after making a disgusted face, interrupted James Charles to ask what was in the food.
Upon being told it was a snail, Dixie stood up from her spot to vomit, which caught the attention of YouTube star James Charles, who asked if Dixie’s reaction was real.
The followers of the D’Amelio sisters did not wait and began to stop following her. Charli D’Amelio went from 99.5 million followers to 98.6 million.
As the D’Amelios discussed their wins for the year, Charli complained about not reaching 100 million followers on TikTok.

This Thursday morning, Charli D’Amelio responded to the criticism through life from her Instagram account explaining what she said was a misunderstanding.
During the video Charli said that they have told her to take her own life and said she was not sure she wanted to continue on this social network:
