American Music Awards 2020: Taylor Swift and the full list of winners

Taylor Swift and The Weeknd starred at the American Music Awards gala. Meet all the winning artists in the event that rewards the best of music.

The entertainment industry continues to reinvent itself around the world after several months of hiatus, the events begin to emerge gradually and with all the necessary measures in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. In this way, the 2020 American Music Awards were held last Sunday, November 22, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and under the leadership of actress Taraji P. Henson.

The event that awards the best of current music had as its protagonist singer-songwriter Taylor Swift , who virtually received her awards for Artist of the Year, Best Female Artist in the Rock / Pop category, and Best Music Video for the clip of her song “Cardigan”.

For its part, The Weeknd won the award in the category Favorite Male Soul / R & B Artist and Favorite Soul / R & B Album for After Hours. Canadian Justin Bieber took home the award in the Male Pop / Rock category, Doja Cat was Best New Artist and Becky G was Best Female Artist in the Latin category.
